Lummi Island Quarry EXPANSION 2011

An article has been submitted about the Lummi Island Quarry, which can be seen from many vantage points in Edgemoor neighborhood. The quarry operators are approaching the end of the existing permit, and have applied for a zoning change to create a 27.5-acre MRL overlay on the existing Rural Forestry zone just south of the current operations.
